sometimes if i just sit put a hand on top of my knee and extend it gives out a great pop. yet if i squat i can get a different pop. both great.

Have you tried just squatting? When I squat down low both my knees give out multiple cracks.
Same here…if you wait long enough popping the knees feels/sounds amazing lol

Never tried to stop. I would like to stop because I hate it when I'm sitting by myself desperately trying to pop my sternum, ankle, or toes. It makes me feel like an obsessive-compulsive freak lol.

It's probably my least favorite when I pop it. I hold my elbow and twist my arm and sometimes it's this nasty a*s liquid sound. Not always pleasant. When my elbow pops naturally it feels SO much better…

Yep. I do that one when I'm REALLY nervous or annoyed about something. I used to have to touch my shoulder while I did it but I don't have to anymore. Some people were real jealous of that, some were disgusted haha.
