Ok, the list of joints I can crack is as follows:
-Neck (Twisting and pressing to the side)-Upper Back (Leaning back on a chair)
-Lower Back (Twisting on a chair)
-Sacrum (Pressing a fist at the base of spine or leaning back on a chair)
-Knee (Only very occasionaly by tensing and putting wieght on it)
-Toes (Pulling and bending them down, pushing big toe to the side)
-Knuckles (Pulling out the fingers, bending them backwards, pushing them in towards the palm, bending to the side on the middle joint, pressing down on the middle joint)
-Wrists (Pushing down, bending them to the side, pulling the furtest side up and the nearest side down)
-Shoulder (A weird one that can crack constantly just by moving it, but doesn't feel nice)

Hi, what about base of your neck?

No, actually, but that is the place i really want to crack along with my elbow and sternum. Do you have any ideas on how to do these?

Well mine started cracking as soon as I got punched really hard there… so i guess if you wanted to, you could punch yourself really hard and see what happens?
Although I will not take any responsobility for if it messes up your neck!
I just wish sam never punched me, its not fair
