Recently, I've been getting that feeling like I need to crack my elbow, but I don't know how… Does anyone do it and if so, how?

I can do it, it's quite a simple move actually.

To crack your right elbow, cup the outside of your right hand with the left, so they are perpendicular with the right hand facing down and the left at a right angle, facing away from your body.

Then, straighten your right arm and flex it out against the joint, whilst pulling your left hand in towards your body

You should feel a huge release in pressure as the joint cracks, and it really does make a huge sound. If you're lucky, you may also get a small wrist pop at the same time 🙂
