ANYONE SUFFERING FROM CHRONIC HEADACHES DUE TO NECK CRACKING??????

I cant click my neck well, Myabe one click if I am lucky but this last week I haven't been able to look up as my neck is so stiff. It feels like I have pulled a muscle.

I know it's probably more psychological, but I get a headache when I DON'T crack my neck…
It's like a "tension headache".

I used to get headaches when I first started cracking; thankfully it went away after i went to the chiropractor.

When I start to feel a headache comming on, my first instinct is to crack my neck….it often helps.

No but i get a short headache after my neck cracks in the morning.

Ill have a headache when I wake up sometimes but then I will crack my neck and it will go away
