I crack my joints often, including a wrist attempt every day (without fail). I have OCD.

RE: Results of over 10 years of popping
I say be careful, do not do any unnatural movements. The only thing unnatural I ever do is bend my wrist, up to 160 degrees and it doesn't hurt. But I'll make sure not to do anything extreme. Thanks for warning.

RE: Hello
Welcome to Jointcrackers, reena! I'm poppoppop, 15 years old, and have been cracking for ten years.

Want to crack joints more?
I can crack joints about 50x a day, but I wish to crack more, especially my wrists.

RE: So what caused your joints to crack?
In the back seat of an old 1984 Lincoln Town Car, when I was five, I bent my toe and it made a weird sound. I have been popping for ten years.

RE: How easy is it for you to crack your joints?
Every five minutes, I can crack fingers.
Every ten minutes, I can crack toes.
Every twenty minutes, I can crack ankles.
Every thirty minutes, I can crack back.
Every thirty minutes, I can crack jaw.
Every 2 days, I can crack wrists (I LOOOOOOOOVE this feeling)These numbers are highly variable.

RE: Sleep and cracking
Yes. I crack a lot more, and more severely, when I've been sedentary for hours. The effect of sedentariness is to the point where I can only crack my wrist, sometimes, after a 1+ hour sleep. The effect is especially severe in my wrist I am lying on my back instead of my side, and even more severe if my arms are crossed above my head.

RE: Jaw
I never pop my jaw on purpose, I have mild TMJ (which isnt fun for those of you who don't have it)… my jaw will pop when I eat things that I have to open my jaw more than normal for, or sometimes when I yawn, or even when I'm talking... chewing gum makes it worse, and it will ache for up to 5 minutes afterward... not cool.
I'm really glad I do not have TMJ, as I began popping my jaw in 6th grade on February 2, 2005. I hope your TMJ doesn't worsen.
Edit, August 21, 2008:
I still don't have TMJ. I continue to pop my jaw. I hope your TMJ is not worsening -
RE: Long time Cracker 20Years
I love to crack my joints… I've done it for nine years, since I was only five years old.

RE: Toes! (and how they rule)
Well, when it comes to 'satisfyingness', I'd say my big toes and my 2nd toes are in a tie.

RE: Hello, ZPitcher here
Hi ZPitcher! I am a big poster too, but I also run out of things to say sooner or later.
And I would have to agree that posting is highly addictive. -
RE: Ankles
I pop my ankles whenever I can, but I can only get a series of pops about every hour.

RE: ELBOWS! I mean really!
I've popped my elbows too, and it sometimes doesn't feel too good. The "pop" sound is very low, and it's quite painful. But sometimes, I pop them and get a good pop!

RE: Dexterity
My fingers feel more flexible for a few minutes after they pop, but for me, I think I have had a slight loss in finger dexterity since I began popping my fingers.

RE: Back cracking
Well, I have two ways I crack my back:
The first one produces a quite loud pop, but needs a helper that is taller than you. For me, that helper is my father. He lifts me up relatively (but not extremely) hard, slowly, and that usually produces a few cracks.
The second one does not provide as loud of a pop, and needs you to be sitting in a chair. The top of the chair's back needs to be about level with your middle back. I kind of compress my back against the chair whilst leaning back with my upper back. For me, the perfect chair to do this in is my seat in my Algebra I class. I do not recommend popping your back this way, and have been trying to figure a new way to pop my back. -
RE: Joint Poppers… Democrat or Republican?
Well, I couldn't vote (poll was closed) but I lean right too.
