I believe it is the upper part of your breatbone - dont know how you'd crack that to be honest. its the only part of me (besides knees) that dont pop

my dog used to crack his own bones. he would put his front paws on your chest so he was standing on his hind legs and use you to stretch his front legs by pushing his weight down occasionally his legs would crack. mad old thing used to enjoy it i'm sure as he would do it all the time

its had no impact on my life whatsoever. except one of my old supervisers used to hate me cracking my fingers so i had to do it when she wasnt around. thats about it

no - no pain at all. it just seems natural. now i do it by leaning against the sofa and lifting myself up. i have to say i get no pain from any joint cracking at all

Heaven can wait - i havent seen this in years but as i remember Warren Beatty's character comes back to earth in a different body and is able to convince his football team coach of who he is because he was the only one who can fix his back problem by cracking it in a special way

ABOUT 20 years ago at work. i remember stretching out in my chair putting my arms behind my head like doing a sit up and as i pulled myself up the chair pushing into my lower back caused it to crack - at first i thought id done myself an injury. the next thing you know i'm doing it every afternoon
