so I saw this after googling knuckle cracking.
Here's the thing
My knuckles crack but unintentionally it causes them to be sore and heated. Sometimes they are inflamed. I was wondering if anyone else has this.
Or I should move on to another forum that is more medically inclined.
Any responses or comments would be helpful seeing as I've dealt with it now for 6 months and in only my left hand. Sometimes it gets so painful it causes my entire arm to hurt and I cannot move my hand.
