Hey I was just wondering if you all know that you can crack each knee in two different spots and so you should be able to produce 4 cracks from your knee.

How many cracks can you get?
Hey everyone I was just wondering how many cracks you can get out of your whole body. The most I have ever got all at once when I was actually counting was 108 but I think I found a few more cracks since then.

I can crack both of my elbows volintarily and in 3 different ways. If you get good like me you will find out each elbow has two cracks in it. I think thats because you have two different bones in your forarm but I'm not sure. the first crack I push on the ball of my wrist and my bigger bone in my forarm moves and there is a really loud crack. The second crack I can get out of each elbow is just by extending my arm as far as I can and it cracks, kind of like a hyper extension. You can also crack that by throwing your arm out but I wouldn't because I have got hurt doing that and it swelled up. Good luck!

Most cracks
Hey I was wondering what is the most cracks you can get out of your body on your best cracking day? I was also wondering for those people out there that don't crack many things what the most cracks they can get out of on section, like all their fingers and toes or back. I won't say yet how many I can get out of my fingers and toes but I will say that I know I can't be beat!!

I have been doing this crack of my upper spine for awhile now and I can crack my upper spine 6 times standing up or sitting but I am a pro. I have taught others to do this and the easiest way is to lay down on your back on a somewhat hard surface; like carpeted floors. When laying down on your back put your hands behind your head with interlocked fingers. Relax your muscles and break out, then pull your head forward until your chin touches your chest and try to touch your chin as far down as possible. If this doesn't work you are not relaxing or you are pulling your chin into your chest too far up and not allowing your next to expand. You can also try and pull it to one side once you get real good.
