hey im new here and just wanted to introduce my self, my names ben, and i can crack my neck my back my knees my elbows my ancles my toes my and my fingers its so satisfying 
everyone i know hates me doing it but i cant help it.
the reason i found this site is because the middle of my back just under my shoulder blades needs to be cracks but i cant crack it, any tips on how to do it? thanks
