RE: Da Most Relieving Crack |3~
Neck and back… bc out of all my cracking locations those are the only two that I need to do to keep me out of pain.

RE: I HATE my cracking, I wish it never happened
Not to me… but I really hate when I'm around someone who absolutely can't stand the sound...and then they yell at me for doing it. And I have to explain YET AGAIN that I can't help it...cause a lot of my cracking (fingers) is habitual and almost involunatary. I don't actually know I'm doing it anymore. lol
But I personally love cracking... it's so addicting haha.

RE: So what caused your joints to crack?
I started with my knuckles years ago. I saw my dad do it and was jealous that I couldn't do it too…so I started pushing on my knuckles a lot and eventually they started cracking. It's an obsession now lol. Then I started on my big toes.
My knees have been cracking for years without me trying, as well as my ankle and wrist.
I started cracking my back in high school leaning against low-back chairs. After I injured my back falling down stairs (twice in a 3 year time period...I had JUST started feeling better from the first injury and then BAM I bruise my tailbone and cause MORE back pain) and had to leave my chiropractor due to insurance reasons I self-taught myself how to crack other areas of my back that weren't being reached by using the chair back method. My entire back cracks now (upper more than lower, but most of my pain is now in the lower so I wish it cracked more often)
My neck cracking started just shortly after I started with the heavy back cracking. My neck gets really tight and stiff these days, and cracking helps loads. I never used to like neck cracking, the sound creeped me out - I just never realized how WOW it is lol.

RE: Hardest toe to crack?
LOL for me the big toe and little toe are the easiest. The other three are the harder ones.

RE: Me
I find it cracks easiest when I've been sitting at the desks of my college for too long … but those things are HORRIBLE so it makes sense.
I'll have to try the shower thing. -
RE: IS this still cracking my neck?
I still think it'd probably cause long term issues eventually…even if you're not doing it all the time, I usually can't avoid doing it at least a few times a day, particulary since I'm becoming a neck crack addict and I have to roll it to crack it lol.

RE: Cracking neck & back during/after o****m
LOL cracking isn't weird… though I know a few people who squirm if I do it in front of them. I know, it's like nails on chalkboard to some people - I used to squirm when people crack their own necks, and honestly I still do even though I crack my own. I guess my own cracks don't sound as bad to me as they do to others...
Anyway, I have to try this - it sounds interesting. LOL
