I think for me it's a marriage of both…i love how it relives tension but i also love doing it just because....and i love the sound of cracking as well...

Hello i'm Nancy and I have been cracking knuckles, toes and everything else for as long as i can remember. I love the feeling of cracking as it releases so much tension!

Yes..Epsom Salts are a common ingredient in bath salts mixed in with sea salt sometimes and it is a GREAT way to have a relaxing bath!
