I've seen chiropractors over the years, and gotten some relief from them, but becuase of long ago injuries, I need to constantly go back. Well, it's expensive, and I can't go nearly as often as I'd like to. The joints he adjusts are my sacrum, the top cervical joint, and my shoulder. I'm hoping to learn some ways to adjust myself.I can do my neck, but not that top joint that he does, also wrists, elbows, knees ankes, and fingers and toes. I wish I could find more relief in the neck shoulder area especially. Also I crack my feet and ankles a lot, and that feels good, but I feel like they need something more. I 've also seen a physical therapist.
