      Hi…..I am Andy Henry.
I am still not sure what the exact cause of my pain, in the beginning (six months ago) I had horrible joint pains like knees, elbows and I got pain wherever the joint occurs in the body. When I consulted the doctor he said me that, the high uric acid level in the blood and even improper diet also leads to this type of pain. I had stopped drinking and things got a bit better, progressively. Then, I thought I was healing well so started drinking again. My swelling slowly came back and the joint pain that came along with it. So I stopped drinking and felt the difference in the next few days. I'm recovering very slowly and I did put myself through a major diet change and am taking many different good quality food supplements, no alcohol, no coffee. I also taking 2 Flexoplex tablets twice daily, which adds the necessary unsaturated fatty acids in the form of gamma-linolenic acid, to my daily diet.
I'm feeling better with each passing day. The recovery is slow but as long as there is constant progress, I'm heading in the right direction!
Good luck to all of you. Keep trying 'til you find what works for you!
      🙂

Drinking cherry juice will help with gout pain also lemon water will help reduce the acidity in your body.
