Hello, im a newbie. Male 39 years old. ive had issues with muscle tightness for years and now Im feeling a build up of "stiffness" in my joints that I have the need to crack all the time. Especially my fingers, wrists, ankles, and toes. What in the world is going on with my body? I've been doing body work and seen specialists for years and ive accepted that this is the condition that I must manage for the rest of my life. I cant sit anymore either for more than 5 minutes. any activity that inlcudes sitting I avoid. I have an ergonomic desk that I stand at and standing causes stiffness in differnt muscles in my legs. Is there a real cure for this or do I need to accept and simply manage my pain.
