Hey, I'm pretty new here too. My one joint that consistently pops is my right thumb. I can pop it multiple times per minute, and I've been able to do that since I was young. Most of my other joints pop as well, but my thumb is the only one that I can pop that often.

I know this reply might be useless since the post is so old, but I would think an elbow crack would be the most impressive. A nice slow lock and pop. Looks cool too.

To me cracking and popping are different, cracks usually have to do with tendons are muscles, pops are joints

@Khay if there no pain you should be fine.

I'm skeptical about the idea of cracking either causing or relieving headaches.

How have other possible causes been ruled out?

@Aceysed10percent I can too, I've been able to do it for about 5+ years and for me I assume it's inflammation as well as poor posture.
