Is it true that in winter season when we get up at morning the joints makes a lot of cracking sound? If its true then what is the cause for the cracking in the joints? Is it any kinda disease?

I don't know but I have definitely noticed that in the cold weather my joints click more and also seem a lot more noisy.

Only about a minute. I wish I had some good back / neck exercises, any you can recommend?

Only a couple of minutes, but everything cracks. I mentioned it before but it's like a pulse, I know what to crack in which order.

Have you ever gone a morning without carrying out this routine? If so what happens? For me if I don't I will just feel so uncomfortable so it's essential for me to do.

Yeah exactly the same, like little awkward pains that can easily be removed by cracking
