    After having cracked my elbows incosistently

      Maybe once like a week - i sometimes get pains in the morning and aches after playing squash?

        My elbows, especially my right one, cracks after about two hours of steady driving.

            My elbows go a lot on their own, I never intentionally crack them - same with my knees.

              Probably because of the pressure that is always put on them during the day.

                I'm sure that's it. I think the right one does it most because I can move and rest the left one more while driving.
