Welcome to this board, D. There are quite a few here in the same situations as you.

            Welcome D! 😄

So what part of your body is worst/can you tell us a bit more about it?

My middle back, is the worst, but the lower back, my shoulders, my neck, my wrists, my ankles, my jaw, and my knees are pretty bad too. If I could just figure out a way to get some relief from my middle back I would be doing a lot better. 😞

                what up D?
So do you mean the cracking is causing you pain as opposed to relief?
Or the fact that you crack bothers you?

Yeah just the fact that I crack so much unintended bothers me. It does give me relief when I can manage to do it. I just hate going to the Chiro 2-3 times a week when I can do it myself. It makes me wonder if I have some sort of major bone issue.

How long does the chiropractor say it will take until it gets better?

                      D - go to a physiotherapist instead.
