mine is right when i sit up in bed
i have to crack everything, wrists, ankles, neck back, toes, fingers, hips, shoulders, knees, elbows
an then i lye back down, or else i wont be comfotrble
either set your foot right above your knee. like at a right angle. and push down on your leg.
that could pop it or pick up your leg and push it back
