Chest/Rib Cage (push shoulders back) maybe once a day or when i've have hunched over for a long time
Elbows only right one.
fingers (each 2 ways but not thumbs?) /wrist (sometimes)
hips each one 2 ways
ankles 3 ways
toes
shin (stand on tip-toes) esp. when i wake up
oh! knees… how could i forget them? i could crack my knees every 20 mins if sitting
