i think i have symptoms that are similar to yours. i'm not sure if i'm reading it right, but i do have pain below my shoulder, it's located below the shoulder blade slightly. it's been bothering me for about a month and a half now. however, i dont have the same level of pain as you and the neck problem is not present. if i were you, i would totally get the neck checked out as soon as your insurance kicks in. as for the shoulder, i'm not sure what it is. all i know is sometimes when i breathe in or stretch i get a sharp pain and my back sometimes cracks. i've thought about getting acupuncture in the hopes that it'll relieve some of the pain and stiffness.
