    • Cracking the actual foot itself

      i think i am able to crack the middle of my foot. if i fold my foot in half (usually by pushing my foot on the ground, or by pushing down the middle of my foot with my hand), i feel it crack in the middle of my foot. i have no idea what im cracking when i do this, i think perhaps the joints between the metatarsals and the cuneiform. is this even possible ? maybe im cracking something else. help ?❤

    • RE: Thumb

      my proximal joint becomes pretty 'flat' when i push my thumb down, but it doesnt become completely flat- i mean, i can still see the bones pop out from around the proximal joint-socket.
      i dont think its a big deal, but like conscentity said, i think that if it starts to hurt when you move it/try to crack it, then i would suggest seeing a doctor_<3_

    • RE: Ankles

      @what_is_crackalackin:

      I'm not sure if what I do with my ankle is actually "cracking"… I'm not a joint cracking expert or anything. I think what I do is kind-of just like shift the ankle... like the part of the ankle bone that juts out... only with my right one though. all i have to do is move it just a little bit and it creeps people out. Do you know anything about this... shifting?? And what exactly is going on when I do it?? If you're having trouble understand what I mean I might be able to elaborate more, but for now ... yeah.

      i think mine does this as well; im pretty sure this person means shifting the joints out of the socket.
      how i do this is by pressing the ball of my foot firmly on the ground and then moving my ankle clockwise and then counter clockwise, it usually cracks a few times first and then does this 'shifting'/popping out of the socket thing; its kind of a weird feeling_<3_

    • RE: Not only me cracking, but someone else to!

      i thought i was the only one ! i crack my boyfriends toes all of the time; sometimes he lets me crack his fingers, but he's afraid im going to break them haha; ive gotten so many people addicted to cracking their fingers/toes/backs just by cracking theirs for them or by showing them the easiest ways to crack joints. joint cracking is definitely an addiction haha

    • RE: Thumb

      i would help you, but i sort of dont know exactly what you mean haha; do you mean when you push your thumb down the joint closest to your hand (the proximal joint) becomes flat ?
