I have a rib on my bottom back righthand side that cracks by itself approx once an hour when i straighten my back!
Does anyone else have this?? I can't try and crack it it will only do it when i sit up straight! Also its only the one single rib

i do this too i interlock my fingers and put my opposite thumb on the middle thumb joint and push hard! loud pop in the base of my palm
i lay on my back and cross my ankles then push out with both legs OR
stand up and put both thumbs on the dimply things on my back then push forward A LOT squeezing all my but muscles haha

to crack my mid back i place my two thumbs behind my back on the going i want to crack (usually one at a time) then bend forward pushing my stomach out! It cracks both shoulders and my back at the same time! I also do this to crack the base of my back where it connects to my pelvis
i know exactly what you mean! when i bend my thumb into about a 90 degree angle (like the top joint) it cracks by itself!
hey! So i can crack all 3 of my joints on each finger and on my little finger i crack 4 (one is really low in the palm)
for the ones nearest to my palm i make a fist with my fingers not curled under and use my other hand to press down on all the knuckles. if that doesn't work i push my finger back towards the back of my hand
for the middle joint i bend my finger in a 90 degree angle and kind of squish it to make a smaller angle then it pops
for the top going (near the nail) i put my thumb of my other hand on the pad of my finger then place my first finger and middle finger wither side of the nail on top of my first finger is over the joint… then i pinch my thumb and forefinger+middle finger together and it pops!
