I am obssed with cracking joints but also Trichotillomania,pulling out hair.

you can't force a good crack.my neck is a great example.

sitting in a chair cross your legs ankle over knee(manly western style not lady knee over knee like) then i pull my foot toward me and i get a click.If a keep pulling my knee kind pops out of the socket and it my a really loud crack as a straighten it and it pops back in to place.

well most of my joints crack with out my consent so i try make sure the other ones don't feel left out.

i can do this or should i say it sometimes cracks,it realy only does it when it feels like it.

Crazy for a first post, maybe. I've been cracking my joints since I was a kid. I'm now 37. My favorites to crack are my neck and ankles. But the strangest was my pubic symphysis. That's the bottom of your pelvic bones where the two halves come together. It was after my 3rd child was born. I'd sit up and this huge crack would happen. Totally weird!

And if you were a plumber when you bend over there would be another crack.Sorry couldn't resist.

children cracking, ha ha i wouldn't advise it.You'ld probably get put on the s*x offenders list. I'ld stick to your own joints. :lol:

cracking my big toe distal is a fav, can't crack the left though,
Start with my toe, then ankle,knee,sometimes my hip will,then my spine although i know peole who can i can't click the invertabre between my shoulders. Neck is easy then a do the left shoulder, right won't crack, wrists most digits.left thumb won't crack but that's since a little accident and a few stiches,then my nose and i am done.
Still i'ld love to get a few more spinal cracks in.

That one I can, once in a while. Can anyone else crack their nose? Whenever I press up on the base of my nose, the septum I think, I get a popping, crunching noise. Feels kinda cool.

Yeah i do this too.Pressing against te cartlidge in the nose.But i can only click pressing right to left.Although technically it's not a joint crack.
