    • RE: How to crack your hand

      @Mhillqt:

      I crack my hands but they are not always ready to crack….for some reason after a long run or walk, etc...i can push the middle part of my hand with the help of the other hand and get 4 or 5 deep cracks that seem they go into deeper levels.....its pretty cool

      Do you push your palm with your thumb?

    • Popping upper back/ spine.

      Hi.
      I was having trouble popping my uper back the other day, until it finally gave– what relief! Anyways, for all those who had the same problem I did, try and take these tips into account:

      Alot of popping my upper back comes from utilizing my shoulders-- pull them back and shrug, and try to push one down while pulling another up. Tilt your head gently towards either side... this helps me get those nasty pops out.

    • Popping left/ right hips.

      Hi.
      Does anybody share this same technique?
      Some mornings, I can pop both of my hips. I lie on my back, and force one hip out (further away from me), and pull the other in closer towards me. I can't get them all the time, but when they pop, it feels great.

      I've wondered the same thing… there's a series of joints in there.

    • RE: How and why did you start cracking joints?

      My brothers learned how to to crack their knuckles when I was in 1st grade, and my mother would help me crack my back from as far back as I remember. I learned the thumb-joint pop from a basketball coach, and the finger-tip crack from a girl in math class. Alot of people have so many ways to crack weird stuff.
