I have been doing it for about 3 years now and it has slowly gone to just about every joint in my body. I can sometimes even do it 3 hours straight. I notice it a lot when i am trying to go to sleep, or watching a movie. It bugs me like crazy and I loose a lot of sleep at night do to this. I seem times do it with out even meaning to. thanks for the help.
