I have had some crazy sharp pains after cracking my lower back once or twice. Pretty rare. Sometimes when a joint is really stiff and hard to crack, once I get it there is this feeling of pleasure/pain that just makes me laugh.

You know, if you open your mouth in just the right way, making it as open and hollow as you can, you can get a really great sound when you crack your neck! Especially the the top couple of vertebrae. A REAL crowd pleaser.

RE: You name it, I can crack it
I will confirm. It IS possible, though I don't know if is a really "cracking", but just like normal cracking, once you do it once, you can't crack it again for a while. Don't ask me what joint it is, though…

RE: Can anyone do this one?
That one I can, once in a while. Can anyone else crack their nose? Whenever I press up on the base of my nose, the septum I think, I get a popping, crunching noise. Feels kinda cool.

RE: Sternum cracks without even trying
 From what I know, there aren't any joints surrounded by a synovial [?] membrane in the sternum itself. You are probably cracking the joint connecting the clavicle to the sternum. I could be wrong, beause one time I thought I did feel a crack right in the centre of my sternum, but I think that it only felt that way. Clavicle cracking is tough, though.

RE: ELBOWS! I mean really!
Like many others, I can crack my elbows just by extending them. It usually helps to rotate my elbows inwardly.
