Found another way to crack my back.

Was at the gym and was working on my obliques with the twist machine:

With one of the twists, my back cracked from bottom up! Ahhhh!

Nice one! I've tried it in an ordinary chair but my back won't go. It must be the extra resistance of the weights that does it.

Do it on a chair with arms. Brace yourself with both of your arms on one arm of the chair put your legs on the other side and just make a quick jerking motion with your back. It should crack from the top to bottom.
The other method would surely crack your lower back easily! -
