      hello everyone!
i am a regular finger, toe, cracker. i started when i was 14 or 15 when i played hockey when i lived in canada. i found the feeling after the cracking very relaxing been doing it ever since. i am now 31 and still do it on a regular basis. to be truthful i have found no bad side effects from the long term cracking, however i have notice the "good feeling" i used to get from my fingers is not as strong or long lasting as it used to be. and of course my knuckles have swollen a bit. i sometimes wonder if the feeling and relaxing we get from doing it might just be in our heads!lol
