                      It just has a great archive of stretches
                      with fairly detailed instructions for 100's of poses/stretches
                      that are very easy to access
                      you can even search according to anatomical focus
                      Again I'm NOT pushing Yoga on you
                      take it or leave I don't care
                      These stretches me me crack,
                      and thats why I'm sharing them here
                      TO HELP YOU CRACK
                      NOT convince you to practice yoga

                      yoga journal is great though
                      it's very american though
                      so am i , i guess
                      Not george bush american (can't wait till that moron is gone, there will be partys in the streets, mark my words)
                      But California is beautiful, NYC rocks american
                      anyway
                      that site has great references and a wealth of anatomy information
                      thats what this site is about remember
