Neck Cracking

When i neck crack i get a few symptoms sometimes:

1: Headache for a few seconds
2: Bright light and can't see for a second
3: Pain after cracking
4: Briefly engulfed by nausea

Also after getting multiple cracks on either side, when i later try to get cracks that might not be there, i can't move my neck to far to the side without feeling like there is a "pole" or something which hurts to move it further or move it there.

That sounds really scary. When I crack I get a feeling of pleasant release. Please be careful.

I don't get them all, all the time. Maybe one one day because i tried a little too hard.
