New way to crack Cervical/Back?

When I lay down and relax my head and neck I'll put my hands behind my head and pull up as if i was doing a sit up in a fast motion and feel me neck crack down to my upper back… The way I found out to do it, I basically just stumbled upon it bored and laying down... just wanted some feedback if others could do this too...
