What was the scaries crack of your life?
-
I went to chiropractor 2 days ago and he cracked my hips and my head. The hip crack fixed my alignment and the neck crack fixed a bad crack I did on my jaw.
So anyway that night I was smoking a cigarette and I just felt my neck was too tight so did some slow cracks to the left and right. After that I looked down then BOOM! the top right side of my neck shot up and cracked then the left. After that experience it felt like my spine was pulling my head so I took a few aspirins which stopped pain.
A little later I ran my fingers down the back of my neck and it felt like a xylophone. I could feel every vibration which had a hollow feeling and I could hear the sound inside my head lol. I took a hot shower and sat in a back massager for a couple of hours. I'm feeling ok now but my spine and neck are very sensitive and I have a pain about midway in my back.

Hey i'm glad you posted this cos i have had the same/similar happen to me.
I was swimming and i turned my neck and suddenly i felt almost "paralysed" in my neck.
I think i'll mention this to my doctor actually.
So how long u been seeing a chiropractor?
I stopped because i only found short term relief, not long term relief. -
i once popped my jaw in a really weird way, by pushing it far to one side. the next day i was eating a big piece of sushi and it kinda locked, like it was really painful and i couldn't open it very far. luckily that went away and i've never popped my jaw so extremely since.
