Spasms?

i think i've got about 1 in my neck since i last posted on this thread -
Not like a major one or one at all.

I don't get spasms around the cracking joints. I have had random muscle spasms plenty of times in my life, like a tiny muscle in my thigh will twitch for a moment. It's rare.

I had loads for like 10 mins in my leg once like 2 weeks ago

Interesting.. since I started this thread I haven't had any spasms, so they must be pretty rare, for me anyway.
although now i've said that…
