Is it possible to count the number of clicks a day?

that's the thing about life - in a typical day there's so many unexpected distractions that affect us.. i also have done some research

If I was counting I would think about it all day, and then I would constantly be trying to crack. If I were to guess how many individual cracks I do per day I would probably say 50-100. If I pop my neck to the right and get 3 pops, I would count that as 3. Of course when I come on this board I crack more than usual because I'm thinking about it. It's very much a mental thing for me much of the time.
