        neck (7 cervical vertebrae)x2
Shoulder (several ways+ more than 1 joint on each side(bilateral or x2)
glenohumeral joint, and acromioclavicular A/C joint
        Shoulder blade(scapulothoracic joint) x2
Mid spine/back (12 thoracic vertebrae) x 2, spinal rotation each side
Lower spine (5 lumbar vertebrae) some x 2, w hip rotation to each side
        Elbow x 2
        Wrist x 2
        Finger (all knuckles)x2
Hand (carpals) only sometimes/ rarely x2
Hip x 2 for each side
        Knees x2
        Ankle x 2
        Toe ( all knuckles) x 2
        Foot ( tarsals) x 2

Sacroilliac joint? I 've read on this site that this joint can be cracked. It makes me wonder if I have been doing it with spinal extension/back bends. Every now and then a backbend will give me "the mother of all cracks' in my rear pelvic area right in the area of the SI joint. I always thought it was The lowest lumbar , which has one of the largest vertebrae that can be cracked. after reading about the SI joint thing I've been wondering if I've been cracking it right along. Any Chiropractors or any one else, out there know for sure?
Can you crack/manipulate the SI joint??

the only joints i've heard of cracking, that don't for me are
the jaw x2 (mine has poor ROM)
and the sternum x2 Sternoclavicular(S/C) joint(can't seem to figure it out)
anyone have a good stretch/move to crack the Sternoclavicular joints?

And there are technically dozens of other tiny joints throughout the body , neck, and spine that it would be truly hard to say wether or not they are cracking also. Joints such as Craniovertebral joints, and costovertebral joints are new information for me. In part because of this site,

        THANKS JC, your the Man.

What I usually do to crack my sternum is to inflate my chest as much as possible and lean backwards, it doesn't take a whole lot of force. I think that, like other joints, it helps if you stretch and keep it limber (though it is something that is strange to loosen up). If you want to be able to crack it, look into some yoga or contortion (specifically frontbending).

                  To a scaredy cat .

I do stretch often and am very flexible.
                  But no sternum cracks yet.
                  Thanks for the technique though.
                  I'll keep trying. πŸ˜‰

Yes ok - a cautious scaredy cat who doesn't mind doing dangerous stupid things in real life.

                              For real?

It was in some place…..big surfing place and seaside etc and everyone was doing it so i did it too as where we were jumping into was not very deep or far into the sea. Kind of an enclosed space.

However one muppet jumped and his knee was so far out that he nearly smashed his leg on this rock and could have shattered it.
