When I got up from sitting down the other day, I got the weirdest crack in my neck/skull.
As I got up, I got a crack like pushing upwards in the left side of my neck.
It felt good, but its completely out of my control, which I hate!
Has anyone else experienced this crack?
When I wake up I Pop all my neck joints, then knuckles. After that I twist my knees to pop and then my ankles.
Then my toes
do you do that every single day or do you find that on some days its slightly different?

A bit of a repeat of a thread i made a while ago, but recently i've thought i can joint crack to people like some sort of entertainer lol
As an aside I was popping my knees (don't ask) in my mom's car while my dad was driving on the interstate and knocked the drive shift thingy into neutral⦠I quickly grabbed it in put it back in drive. Additionally I was popping my neck while my dad was driving my grandma's car and I hit a button that changed the speed from mph to kph. We were pretty scared until we got it back to mph.
Whats so bad about the difference between mph and kph ?
i guess it could confuse them if all the roadsigns were in kph?
